The Ladies of Moriah
"Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies." Proverbs 31:10
The Ladies of Moriah meet one Saturday of each month for a Ladies' Prayer Breakfast. We use this time of fellowship and prayer, to draw us closer to each other and strengthen our walk with the Lord. Women have huge responsibilities as a wife, mother, grandmother and a sister in the Lord to others. We need the fellowship and prayers of other women. We invite you to attend our monthly Prayer Breakfast for this time special fellowship. We also meet the first Monday evening of each month to pray with the nationwide Daughters of Zion for our children. Not just our personal children, but all children, that they may find God and one day be with him in glory!
A Spring and Fall women's outing is planned each year, where we visit Amish Acres, Shipshewana or a take shopping excursion to an outlet mall! This is a great time to spend with our sisters in the Lord for some good fun and laughter. We have several day trips planned this year that you won't want to miss out on.
Each year at our Women's Christmas Banquet we draw names for our "Secret Sister" program where, throughout the coming year, we pray for our "secret sister", send her cards or small gifts for holidays, a birthday or anniversary, etc, to let her know how special she is to us. It is comforting knowing that someone is always praying for you.
