Welcome to the Moriah Apostolic Church Outreach Department

The Moriah Outreach Team is comprised of members of our congregation dedicated to reach the lost in our community. Once a month the team meets for prayer before canvassing the neighborhood to distribute church brochures and flyers of special services and events taking place at Moriah. During this time, we give those we visit an opportunity to take a Bible Survey - a list of simple questions asking if they believe in God, Heaven, and end time events as well as other topics. The Bible survey has resulted in many wonderful conversations about God’s Word. Team members follow-up with those who expressed an interest the previous month, as well as referrals from other church members, family and friends.
Moriah’s outreach also extends to the homeless in Indianapolis. We are dedicated to sharing the love of God with the less fortunate in our city. We visit shelters and other areas of downtown Indianapolis, offering encouragement, help and an invitation to find the love of God. Several of these individuals have made a sincere commitment in seeking the Lord, having found salvation and turning their lives around completely! We have seen great results from our outreach program and we will continue to go forth, inviting and witnessing to the people of this community and beyond.
